Apparel Production Manager – Essential Hoodies

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Apparel Production Manager to oversee the production of our Essential Hoodie line. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of apparel manufacturing, supply chain management, and quality control. Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning (30%):
  1. Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to determine production requirements.
  3. Analyze sales forecasts and adjust production plans accordingly.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential production risks.
Supply Chain Management (25%):
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
  2. Source materials, trims, and packaging that meet quality and cost standards.
  3. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements.
